Minister of labor and social affairs says the Islamic Republic needs up to 4 trillion dollars investment for economic development.Iran should lay out proper plans to have access to various advanced technologies by 2020, Mohammad Jahromi said, attending a conference on the development of non-oil exports in Tabriz in northwest Iran.The conference has been slated to boost up the implementation of Article 44 which aims to downsize the state role in businesses and provides a broader room for the private sector, according to
